Our Premium Service is designed to bring tired, weathered or neglected timber back to life. This is our most comprehensive process, correcting deep weathering, removing failed coatings and fully preparing the timber to achieve the highest quality, longest lasting finish.
What’s included:
- Full machine sand – Removes old coatings, imperfections and grey, weathered timber
- Nail & screw punching – Corrects raised fixings before sanding to protect boards and ensure a flawless finish
- Tannin & oil removal – Eliminates deep set tannins and built up oils for a clean, fresh surface
- Deep timber clean Opens the grain, neutralises tannin remover and restores natural timber colour
- Buff / light sand – Smooths the surface for even oil penetration
- Application of two coats of premium timber oil – Provides rich colour, maximum protection and long term durability

Raised fixings damage sanding equipment and can split boards. Punching ensures an even finish, protects your timber and is included in all restoration services.
